These terms govern catering services and orders supplied by Richme Foods and Dairies (Pvt) Ltd, trading as Rich Me Catering ("we", "us"), located at 252, Samarawalliya, Dickoya, Sri Lanka. By placing an order or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and quotations

• An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it and, where applicable, confirm the agreed price, menu and delivery date.
• Orders placed through messaging channels (including WhatsApp) are confirmed once we have read back the items, quantities and total, and you have confirmed them.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation, or for 14 days if no period is stated.

2. Quantities and cut-off times

• Recurring corporate orders are produced against the quantities confirmed by the agreed cut-off time for each service day.
• Quantities confirmed after the cut-off time may not be possible to fulfil, or may not be adjusted.
• Where a portion size or menu variant is agreed, we produce to that specification.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms are as stated on the invoice or quotation. Where no terms are stated, payment is due on delivery.
• We may vary prices for future orders with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellations and changes

• Please give as much notice as possible for cancellations or changes. Where ingredients have already been purchased or production has started, costs incurred may be chargeable.
• Changes requested after a cut-off time are subject to our ability to fulfil them.

5. Delivery and risk

• Risk in the food passes to you on delivery at the agreed location.
• Once delivered, food must be stored and handled appropriately. We are not responsible for food held outside safe temperature or handling conditions after delivery.

6. Food, allergens and dietary requirements

• Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, egg, seafood, gluten and other allergens. We cannot guarantee the absence of traces of any allergen.
• Please tell us about allergies and dietary requirements before an order is confirmed so we can advise whether we can accommodate them.

7. Our responsibility

• We will supply the food with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with applicable food safety requirements.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Your responsibility

• You are responsible for providing accurate quantities, delivery details, access arrangements and points of contact.
• Where you provide equipment, you are responsible for its suitability and cleanliness.

9. Intellectual property

Our business name, logo and website content belong to us and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
